In October 1990, Jean-Paul LERAILLER founded SESA SYSTEMS with the specific aim of improving companies' production through a high-quality organisation and logistics system. Over the years, innovative products have been created and developed with the aim of changing the way people work in industry through revolutionary workstations. The range of workstations has gradually expanded to cover all departments in a factory. The different product ranges offered include office furniture, workshop furniture (including stainless steel and ESD workshop equipment), logistics, industrial signage and safety, visual management and industry 4.0 with connected objects, and internal training.

SESA SYSTEMS has become a concept based on LEAN Manufacturing. LEAN is a set of production techniques developed by Toyota. The aim of this approach is to eliminate waste, succeed in producing the right quantities, reduce costs and improve the management of production cycles. As a result, we have become the world leader in LEAN Manufacturing thanks to our products that meet all these improvement criteria.

The originality of the SESA SYSTEMS concept is based on extensive use of anodized aluminium
profiles designed and developed by SESA SYSTEMS, combining easy care, modularity, flexibility and
design. The eco-design principle has been applied for several years, ensuring easy recycling at the
end of our products’ life cycle thanks to the aluminium profiles.
The principle of energy saving is applied by standardizing LED low-energy lights. We have developed
a CSR environmental policy with an integrated waste processing and recovery chain (paper,
cardboard, aluminium, wood) as well as a zero smoke emissions policy.

Visit SESA SYSTEMS ACADEMY, a real ideas laboratory in the form of a showroom with an exhibition of all LEAN Entreprise and Visual Management products. This innovative space dedicated to companies is a place for visits, conferences and exchanges. It represents a 300 m² circuit in an industrial situation to allow you to fill up with ideas.
